How can you help the planet? Adopt a vegan diet! 
Today, I would like to share a tip from Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai: "Hey kids! You know how to make a quick snack with Aulacese (Vietnamese) ham? Vegan of course! You know it very well. You are smart kids. All you need is just a small bread or big baguette, and slice the Aulacese (Vietnamese) vegan ham into slices about one centimeter thick. Slice the bread, put it in the middle, add some of the Aulacese (Vietnamese) coriander and sprinkle salt and black pepper, just a pinch. Spread it on the ham, the vegan ham. This is a very special product made in Âu Lạc (Vietnam). You can learn how to make it. Completely vegan and delicious. That’s all you have to do. Put them together, and…. Bon apetit! 
You can also put some coriander on it, instead of Aulacese (Vietnamese) coriander, depends on your taste. This sandwich also tastes delicious. You can even put frozen coriander on it if you don’t have fresh ones. 
There’s another way that’s even quicker if you don’t have any bread. You just slice this vegan Aulacese (Vietnamese) ham and eat it with Aulacese (Vietnamese) coriander, and of course, a little salt and pepper. Enjoy! God bless you! God Loves you kids!"
