Elmhurst Milked, an award-winning plant-based food and beverage company in the United States. Elmhurst Milked was previously known as Elmhurst 1925, a dairy company that was established in 1925 in New York, USA, before its complete transition to a plant-based beverage business in 2017. In recent years, dairy consumption has been in a steady decline across the world, as more and more people discover both the detrimental of dairy to human health. Reflecting on these reasons, Mr. Henry Schwartz CEO of Elmhurst, decided to close the nearly century old family dairy business and re-launch it as a fully plant-milk producing company.
