The Bishnoi faith was established by Shri Jambheshwar Bhagavan, also known as Jambhoji, more than 500 years ago in India. He outlined a set of 29 principles by which he advised his followers to live their lives. Today we invite you to listen to principle 5-13. “Pray two times a day. Sing hymn of praise to God in the evening. Offer oblation in the holy fire with feelings of goodness, devotion & love. Use filtered water and cleaned firewood to make them bacteria/insects free. Speak carefully. Practice forgiveness. Be compassionate from the heart. Stealing or using other's things without permission is prohibited. Criticism/backbiting is prohibited.”
