On October, 2017, one of our initiate passed away in the Hsi Hu ashram. Master asked monks from three different countries in the ashram assembled to perform Buddhist rituals, because she was a Buddhist as are her family members. Master explained: the funeral ceremony is just a symbolic rite. Actually her soul is already liberated. Ordinary people have to wait for about 49 days or less, but she has departed already. Because on her passing, Master’s power and the angels exalted her.
