Today, I'd like to offer a health tip. Did you know that lemongrass contains detoxifying and diuretic properties and can assist in cleansing and flushing toxins from the body? It has been noted that lemongrass consumption reduces the risk of cancer because it has citral and other bioactive compounds, including phenolic acids and flavonoids, that fight against some cancer cell lines. Lemongrass is versatile and can be used in teas or through its essential oil. Drinking one cup of Lemongrass tea a day is sufficient. If you would like to use lemongrass in an essential oil mix, the amount needed is dependent on factors including one's age and health, so please seek professional guidance.

On her first day of work at a store, the owner told the young employee:

Most Beloved Master and Supreme Master Television team, Thank you for your tireless efforts in producing constructive and highly motivated quality programs. Watching Supreme Master TV has become my daily routine. I look forward to watching the programs and start my day in the most positive and inspiring way.
One morning, I turned on the TV and I heard Master say, “We donated to Ukraine (Ureign) for essentials, hope others would do so as well.” That really inspired me, and immediate funding arrangements were made through our local Center with encouraging support from our initiates. We feel so blessed to be able to contribute in a small way to the Ukrainian (Ureignian) people.
Supreme Master TV’s “Animal World” programs have always touched my heart. Located in Malaysia, Noah’s Ark Natural Animal Shelter is a free-roaming and no-kill sanctuary which is home to 700 dog-, 300 cat-, horse- and many other rescued animal-people and was interviewed by Supreme Master TV many years back. We came to know about Noah’s Ark’s appeal for extra help to rebuild and repair the old facilities which were no longer safe for the animal-people and caretakers. Voluntary contributions were sent in from the Association members and sufficient funds raised for the rebuilding. We thank God for taking care of these animal-people and the caretakers who are now housed in a safe and comfortable home.
Another animal-people shelter, MeeFah Homeless Animals Shelter, caught our attention. The late founder, Ms. Mee Fah Chan of the shelter, was a Shining World Compassion Award recipient. The shelter is home to approximately 2,000 dog-, cat- and other animal-people. Recently, their animal-people were infected by ticks and fleas requiring expensive medication. The bridge for transporting foods collapsed which needed immediate attention to be rebuilt. Thanks to a local supplier who has kindly extended a substantial discount on the medicines and the funds raised from the Association came in handy. We were grateful for this opportunity to be part of this meaningful act. May God bless the animal-people shelters for their noble efforts and loving care for our animal friends.
Through Supreme Master TV, Master’s urgent call for humanity to Turn Vegan and Repent Sincerely started counting down 6 months from July 29, 2022. Our members seized the opportunity of the COP27 event in November, joined forces with our fellow Association members from other countries and gathered at this international meeting to promote veganism as the only solution for the climate crisis. Participating members came home highly spirited with amazing experiences and wonderful stories to share. They were excited that videos with amazing sights of a Sun halo and UFOs were captured. Our team is extremely grateful for the opportunity to convey Master’s vegan message and we pray that “World Vegan, World Peace” is here very soon with humankind awakening to our Beloved Master’s urgent and last call.
