Multi-part Series on Ancient Predictions about our Planet: Prophecy of the Golden Age Part 237 - Prophecies by the Great Italian Artist Leonardo da Vinci (vegetarian)

The luminous paintings of Leonardo da Vinci (vegetarian) are not only beautiful but they are also imbued with symbolic meaning. As the artist famously said: “The painting is the appearance that dresses the truth.” Could Da Vinci’s iconic works contain prophetic truths intended to warn and guide us through our currently turbulent times?

Today we will discover the messages that Leonardo Da Vinci (vegetarian) conveyed through his writings and visual art pieces. The brilliant Da Vinci wrote: “Of Sculpture: Alas! whom do I see? The Savior crucified again.”

Here, Leonardo da Vinci is saying the Savior will come again and make sacrifices for sentient beings, just as He did during His incarnation as Lord Jesus. He laments the horror of the crucifixion, indicating that the reappeared Christ would be here to offer the chance of wide-scale redemption by painfully taking on humanity’s enormous karma. Who could this Savior be? The master artist, who hid his prophecies for obvious reasons at the time, seems to have left us clues in his most beloved paintings.

Leonardo da Vinci (vegetarian) has said, “The painting is the appearance that dresses the truth.” There were three paintings that he was known to have taken with him everywhere until his final days: “The Virgin and Child with Saint Anne,” “Saint John the Baptist,” and the famed “Mona Lisa.”

Let’s first explore “The Virgin and Child with Saint Anne.” The painting depicts Saint Anne, her daughter Saint Mary, and the baby Jesus. While these figures are represented in many artists’ paintings, in Da Vinci’s artwork, the composition is quite unusual.

Apart from its conventional title, this painting can be seen in a different light. If we relate it to the sins of humans that Leonardo da Vinci (vegetarian) wrote about in his prophecies, we can interpret the painting in a new way.

In the foreground we see a cliff-like section of earth, with the three humans and one young lamb-person standing and sitting at the edge Lord Jesus appears as a baby, playing with the baby lamb with an innocent expression on his face. both of these figures represent the pure and the innocent. Saint Mary in the middle is reaching out gently for the baby, with obvious intentions to protect him. Her feet are also in a position to block both the infant and the lamb-person from falling. She looks uncomfortable, sitting on another woman, but she doesn’t seem to mind and is still reaching out as much as she can to protect the little ones.

These two women are proportionally different. Saint Anne at the back is depicted in a slightly larger scale. Why would Leonardo paint the figures in a different proportion? Saint Anne, who is depicted more largely, looks at Saint Mary, whose focus is on the baby. She smiles serenely as she appears to offer support and stability, not only to Saint Mary, but to all three figures in the painting.

Saint Mary, depicted in the middle, could be representing those who obey the law of God, who are kind to the innocent children and animal-people, regardless of the difficulties they have to bear. Those people will please God, and surely will be in Heavens after this life! Her features are depicted in soft illumination, with a verdant tree nearby that is also standing in sunlight. All of this indicates support for life and perhaps protection from the Divine.

In the background are quite separate, white mountains. These are devoid of any life-giving color and appear to be a totally different setting. Interestingly, these white mountains appear in some of Da Vinci’s other paintings including the “Mona Lisa” and “Madonna of the Carnation.” Considering that Leonardo da Vinci, or any artist in the Renaissance era, used natural colors in their paintings, these markedly different landscapes were fully intended. Could the background depict glaciers, which, when the time of judgement comes, will melt and cause the Deluge? In this painting, the glaciers are already giving way to running waters that show the “Flood” has already begun. The steep cliff in front of the figures could symbolize the precipice of extinction, or the 6th mass extinction we are facing now.

From all the scientific research, we know that living a peaceful, vegan lifestyle is the only way that we can save our planet. The murderous, torturous, corrupt, cruel, and greedy ways that humans have been living their lives on Earth are the underlying causes of our current state as we find ourselves on the edge of global annihilation. Could this painting be a warning from Da Vinci to future generations to live noble lives in order to save themselves from natural disasters and karmic calamities?

Sharing the similar point of view, our Most Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) asserted that:

“We have been discussing this climate change topic for many decades already, but there’s not much change. In fact, climate change has taken a worse turn. Our Earth is heating up even more and our glaciers everywhere are melting faster than the scientists even expected. We have tried many ways, not that you have not. But the thing is, it’s very simple – scientifically speaking, and spiritually speaking – ‘As you sow, so shall you reap.’ Whatever we want, we have to plant it, we have to create it, we have to uphold it, and we have to sustain it. If we want peace, we have to give peace also to others and the animal kingdom and whoever is sharing this planet with us, who are no harm to us in anyway.

‘As we sow, so shall we reap.’ That is a scientific and universal law that no one can escape. We cannot have peace if we sow great war with other beings on this planet – for example, the animal-people of the other great kingdom. We are in the human kingdom. The animal-people are in the animal kingdom. They harm us in no way. And we keep continuing to make war with them every day, every minute, every second.

We torture, we kill, we imprison them. We murder them in all kinds of brutal fashion. This will not bring us any peace or any luck in the long run. Climate change also, scientifically speaking, has something to do with the way we murder and torture the animal-people. Because we raise animal-people and we create the killer with that process, with that business. Methane gas is the number one climate change cause, and we all know that by now.

But the good news is: methane is shorter-lived than many other poisonous gases that heat up our planet. So, if we eliminate methane, then the planet will cool down quickly. And, meanwhile, we can have peace, and the time to deal with other gases – CO2, for example, if that is bothering us. And we can fix the ozone layer, for example. Many things we have to do for our planet. Just like the house in ruin needs urgent repairs. But if we become vegan, let the animal-people be, the methane gas will be no more, then our planet will cool down.

[...] The conclusion is very simple – be vegan, make peace, do good deeds. Or just be vegan and all things that you desire will fall into place and you will feel your life is much better. You will see, you will receive, you will feel, you will know that Heaven’s blessing will come showering upon you. God’s Love will be perceived by you, not just by hearsay or by talking. Please believe me. Be vegan and everything will be good.

Another painting that Leonardo da Vinci kept with him wherever he went is “Saint John the Baptist.” Originally, the painting did not have any title, though people guessed it depicted Saint John the Baptist because of His outfit and the cross He is holding in His left hand. But Saint John the Baptist is usually illustrated with obvious tiredness and seriousness in his wrinkled face and ragged clothes which symbolize the hardships that he endured in the wilderness while sincerely spreading the Good News. But within this masterpiece, Da Vinci’s portrait depicts a different character.

Within the painting, the background is pitch dark, and we are immediately drawn to His face. The more you look, it is not clear if this person is male or female, but the face is bursting with youth and reaches out to the viewer with Da Vinci’s trade mark enigmatic smile. This figure’s forehead is the brightest spot, and the light leads the viewers eyes naturally from face to bare shoulder, and up again to his finger that is pointing straight up.

The clear contrast between the light and the dark seems to convey a simple, yet profound message. We think it symbolically represents that God is the only Light in this ignorant world. The darkness in the background represents ignorance, extinction, and the end times.

It has been suggested that the rotating, curly hair represents the water torrents that will come with the Flood. Another view of the spiral curls suggests that it represents our DNA. Thus, the hair serves as a reminder that we have a spark of God within our DNA – that we have God within us.

The face that is neither male nor female, shows us that the Savior who will point us to the Truth won’t be male nor female, because our soul does not have any gender. The enigmatic smile conveys the figure’s inner knowing that only by knowing God and following God’s loving instructions can we achieve inner peace and enlightenment. While the finger pointing to Heaven is a powerful reminder that there is only one God, and that it is only through God that we can permanently leave this dark world behind.
