I’m Sica Schmitz. I’m the founder of Bead & Reel and the creator of the Fair Trade Fashion Show [Impact Fashion Show]. My journey to veganism honestly started through grief. It was really my father’s death that turned me vegan. Meditation has been transformative for me. It’s a practice that I just can’t highly recommend enough. For me, it’s been such an incredible journey inward and I think it does tie back into sort of activism. I have an affiliate network, which connects conscious brands and conscious content creators, so that people can promote and share about things more easily.
